How to reach us By Road
Take the A3 Napoli-Salerno Motorway and exit at Castellammare di Stabia (after about 14 miles).
Follow the SS145 (B-Road) to the coast and continue around the Sorrentine Peninsular, past Sorrento and Positano.
Due to the winding, cliffside roads, you may find the driving a little scary on your way to us! For this reason, we are happy to offer you a luxury Mercedes that can collect up to 3 passengers from Naples train station or airport, and bring you to the hotel in style! This service costs approximately 120 euros for a one-way trip. It's the best way to enjoy the 90-minute drive and see all of the beautiful scenery.
If you do prefer to drive yourself, may we recommend hiring a mid-sized car and not a large one. Many of the bends in the road offer circular mirrors so you can see if there is anything coming from the other direction, but we suggest honking your horn before rounding a bend to alert oncoming traffic, and also to listen out for other horns so that you are aware of anything coming in the opposite direction.
How to reach us By Public Transport
The best way to arrive in Praiano is by ferry, from Naples or any of the other nearby port towns. Alternatively, take the local 'Circumvesuviano' train from Naples Central Station (Piazza Garibaldi) to Sorrento and then the SITA coach along the coastal route. |
